Domestic

Trading hours 7:30 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Saturday

Minimum service call charge $68.95+gst for first hour including travel time

Then $66.95+gst for every hour until the work is complete.

Over time

Charged @ $100.42 from 5 pm - 7 pm.

Charged @ $133.90 from 7 pm onwards.

Call out charge

After hours call outs after 5 pm Or 4 pm on saturday $200.85

Payment terms

All accounts are required to be paid within 7 days, work is only undertaken upon the the clients understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Discount terms for prompt payment are as follows:

Only one discount payment option can be used per account.

10% discount for accounts over $1,000.00 if payment is made within 24 hrs by direct credit to our bank account.

Mobile Eftpos payment option

5% discount for same day onsite eftpos payment, via our mobile eftpos machines.

Credit card payment option

2.5% discount for same day onsite credit card Mastercard or Visa card payment through this website or our mobile payment facillities.

No discounts given for cash or cheques.

Overdue accounts

Overdue accounts will attract a credit financing charge of 2.5% per month.
